DY Concrete Pumps builds concrete-pump equipment in Alvarado, Texas. From August 2023 to June 2024, Kenneth started on the production floor and moved up to Quality Manager, then Director of Quality Management.
He led inspections, audits, receiving controls, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and 8D. He worked with production, service, vendors, and leadership while the plant still had to ship. He stayed close to final assembly, hydraulics, minor electrical troubleshooting, and repair of quality deficiencies. He also completed a full truck paint job the company later used as a Las Vegas show truck.
