The hire
What you get.
You need a project leader who can walk the site, run the crew, and finish the job. That is the product. Kenneth Cook. Alvarado, Texas.
Project manager. Quality manager. Director of quality. Home builder. Production, tooling, and industrial engineering. He has done the jobs he managed — hands-on, not from a desk. Give him the problem.
Leadership is the through-line. He can run a project and he can run a shop. Marketing, coding, and graphics sit in that same working range: he uses them to see the problem and get a useful result.
How I learned to fix things.
I started racing when I was six. We did not have money to buy new parts, so I learned to take what other people threw away, find out why it failed, and make it work again. That is still how I work on a jobsite.
