Technical project & operations
Bring me the problem.
You hire him for the job. You call him when the job is stuck. Kenneth Cook walks into a complicated physical operation, figures out what is happening, organizes the people and vendors, and drives it to a finished result.
This is not software consulting. It is not a design stamp. It is project rescue, quality, and technical operations for people who already have a jobsite, a plant, or a process that is not finishing.
What I do.
Project rescue
The job that slipped. The crew that is spinning. The closeout that will not close. I walk in, find what is actually happening, and drive it to a finish.

Owner's representation, construction and project review, estimating and preconstruction. Eyes on the plan before you spend the money.
Quality
Root cause, corrective action, supplier quality. The records and the shop floor — not a binder nobody uses.
Read this pageTroubleshooting
Mechanical and operational problems. The thing that is supposed to work and does not. Diagnose first. Then fix it.
Read this pagePractical systems
Job tracking, inspections, punch lists, quality records, reporting. Not a Silicon Valley AI pitch. Fewer headaches. A better-running operation.
Who it is for.
Contractors, manufacturers, industrial and mission-critical operators. Texas, and wherever the problem is. If the instructions already solved it, you do not need me.
What I will not do.
I will not stamp drawings. Licensed engineering stays with a licensed engineer. My value is getting the work under control and finished.
